Sponsored by the Indian Lake Fish and Game, Ohio Division of Parks & Wildlife, and Indian Lake merchants, this annual fishing derby for kids ages 4 - 12 is held each year at Moundwood. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the derby is from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Bait is furnished - just bring your poles and tackle.

The Indian Lake Fish & Game has sponsored this event for over 40 years with more than 4,000 children participating. The goal is to introduce children to the sport of fishing, sportsmanship and conservation.
